This task may prove difficult for some law schools. Generally, most well known law schools or highly ranked law schools have excellent reputations. However, the lesser known or lower ranked law schools have varying reputations. Sometimes visiting the law school will show the morale of the students and faculty and a sense reputation of the law school. Although, the reputation in the legal community may be different than the morale at the school. You may try contacting Human Resource Managers of law firms or attorneys that you may know in the community near the law school. If you cannot do this then research the news about the law school to see if the law school has had any difficulties with its reputation in the community, had any scandals, is constantly having to hire new professors (who may leave because morale is low or professors keep leaving to find employment at better law schools), is constantly firing its top administrators (holding the administrators accountable for the law schools bad reputation), has trouble with its ABA accredidation (such as being put on probation or has only recently regained its ABA accredidation), etc. This could take you a lot of time and effort to conduct such research for all of your schools.
